Welcome to MODERN AESTHETICA These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Payment: I fully understand and agree that I am financially responsible for the full cost of the agreed upon products or service. ALL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Modern Aesthetica in Beverly Hills, only accepts payment in the form of cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit and Alphaeon Credit. In the event that a payment made by Check, Bank Draft, or Credit Card is not honored by your Financial Institution (Non-sufficient funds), Beverly Hills Aesthetics will issue a $50 fee for each returned payment.
Insurance: Modern Aesthetica in Beverly Hills does NOT participate with or submit billing to any private insurance companies. I fully authorize Modern Aesthetica in Beverly Hills to charge my credit card on file for any fees associated with missed or late, rejected, or bounced payments.
Past Due Amounts: If Modern Aesthetica in Beverly Hills undertakes collection efforts to recover any past due amounts, I agree to pay all reasonable cost incurred, including attorney’s fees.
Services Policy: I understand Modern Aesthetica in Beverly Hills has the right to refuse service and/or dismiss a client from any service or product at any time. I also understand that I may not be a candidate for certain medical services, and it is at the full discretion of the medical provider to determine whether I am a candidate for any service provided. I understand that a valid credit card is required to schedule and hold my appointment time, and that failure to provide a credit card number will result in the cancellation of my appointment.
No Result is Guaranteed: I clearly understand that my payment is for the product(s) purchased during the term of the agreement and not for any specific result. I understand that results will vary and includes the possibility of no results, and that additional treatments or products may be obtained at an additional cost to me.
Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before a service is performed or product is purchased, please consider all the required protocols and side effects. We are committed to client satisfaction and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have in regard to the services or products we offer before purchase.
By reading this agreement you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and financial policies set forth by Modern Aesthetica in Beverly Hills.
